Shipping and Returns
Shipping
- Made to order items have a 3-5 week processing time between order placement and shipping. I always do my level best to make and ship orders within 2-3 weeks, but depending on my current order load, and my current workload in general, it may take 4-5 weeks before your order ships. Please be patient as I craft your items for you!
- If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please contact me prior to placing an order to see if I can accomodate you. I'm usually able to rush an order if asked, but you never know, so please check first!
- I ship all orders via the postal system (Canada Post for Canadian and international orders, USPS for orders to the US). Support your local postal system! They're incredible!
- All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships
- US orders are charged the tariff at checkout, and should not be charged any additional tariffs upon receipt.
- International orders may have additional tariffs/taxes due upon receipt of your shipment. Sylph Eco Wear is not responsible for any tariffs or taxes that international orders may encounter.
Returns
Made to order
As almost everything I offer is custom made to order, I'm unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you've never ordered from me before, I recommend starting with only one or two pieces to ensure that you're happy with the fit, fabric and style before placing a larger order.

Ready to ship
Occasionally, I may have ready to ship items available. These items are eligible for return or exchange. You must contact me within seven days of delivery if you'd like to return or exchange a ready to ship item. Items must be unwashed and unworn, and returned in the same condition they were shipped. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
No returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items.
